License Plate Recognition Visitor Management
Automate and speed up visitor processing with the use of License Plate Recognition. Proptia’s integrated license plate recognition feature enables commercial property occupants to register visitor license plate numbers within the software, issuing them temporary or permanent passes. Upon the visitor’s arrival, OCR LPR cameras detect the plate and cross-reference it with the visitor database. If the plate is valid, the system activates the relay for entry while meticulously recording the transaction details, including vehicle make, model, color, and type, along with accompanying images of both the vehicle and the plate. Additionally, the system notifies the host of the visitor’s arrival.
